i was excited to stay at this hotel but was greeted with a cockroach in my room—really classy. their laundry service buzzed me at 8 AM, which is just too early. i expected some complimentary nescafe but had to hunt for it myself. almost left a good review but just couldn't. absoluteley disgraceful.

Additionally, the room had a prevalent cigarette odor that ruined my comfort, and the air conditioning was excessively cold despite my efforts to adjust it.
